The theme of the Day will be
The 4 Noble Truths
and the Noble Eightfold Path

 
with an emphasis on the 3 branches of
Right Speech, Right Action and Right Effort
 
"During my whole life, I have only taught about suffering and the way out of suffering" (The Buddha)

Please join us to deepen our understanding of this wonderful teaching
and how we can apply it to free ourselves from our own present life sufferings.

10:30 - 11:15    Sitting meditation
11:15 - 11:45    Reading of the Four Noble Truths
11:45 - 12:00    Preparation for broadcast
12:00 - 13:00    Live Dharma Talk by Br. Chan Huy
13:00 -14:00     Mindful Lunch
14:00 - 15:30    Dharma Discussion
15:30 - 16:00    Mindful Clean up

Just as vegetation is sensible to sunlight, mental formations are sensitive to mindfulness. Mindfulness is the energy that can embrace and transform all mental formations. Mindfulness helps us leave behind "upside-down perceptions" and wakes us up to what is happening.
