Chân Huy, True Radience, teaches the art of Mindfulness by Thich Nhat Hanh tradition, including meditation applied to daily day activities, be they family, social or professional. He lectures and leads retreats and other Mindfulness activities across Canada and United States.

Born in France of Vietnamese parents, Minh Tran (Chân Huy) elected domicile in Canada in 1968 at the age of 18. After studying electrical engineering at Laval University, he practiced is profession in consulting engineers firms in Montreal, while continuing his studies at UQAM; in 1984, he obtained a Master in Project Management and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) in 1992 . He is now married and father of two girls. He works as an executive of the Federal Public Service.
As his parents and grand-parents before him, Chân Huy is a follower of world renowned Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh, who in 1994 invested him with the title and role of dharmacarya (dharma teacher).
In Canada, Chân Huy was member of the Interfaith Council of Montreal, Chairman and Chief Executive of the Maple Buddhist Society from 1987 to 1996. He founded the CML (Community of Mindfulness Living) of Montréal in 1997 and is the Principal teacher.
He has taught meditation in the Huyen Khong et Lien Hoa temples in Montréal, gave lectures and conducted mindfulnes days and retreats in Joliette, Montréal, Québec, Rimouski, Rivière-du-Loup, Sherbrooke, Ottawa, Edmonton et Vancouver.
Chân Huy is also the main teacher for many communities such as Laughing Rivers Sangha, Pittsburgh (Pennsylvania), Beginner’s Mind Sangha, Boise (Idaho), Plum Blossom Sangha, Austin (Texas), Heartland Sangha, Kansas City (Missouri) and Wabi Sabi Sangha, Santa Barbara (California) and acts as teacher and guest speaker for many other communities all over United States.
