The IPCAM invites you to a session of information about Mindfulness, our meditation practice and our activities. Participants can stay for the evening meditation. You will get answers to questions like:

  •      What is the IPCAM?
  •      What is Mindfulness?
  •      Who Thich Nhat Hanh is?
  •      What is meditation?
  •      How should I sit? How long?
  •      What are the concepts that underpin our practice?
  •      What activities are offered by the IPCAM?

Sitting and watching our breath is a wonderful practice, but it is not enough. For transformation to take part, we have to practice mindfulness all day long, not just on our meditation cushion.
