Contribution

The IPCA and the Mindfulness Practice Center of Montreal are incorporated charities recognized by the federal and provincial governments. They rely on the generosity of its members and people and organizations who believe in his work and in the benefits they can provide to people who suffer from stress-related problems, loneliness, relationships, couples, family and social and problems of over (or under) - weight.



We call on you to help us better support and ask for your kindness and your generosity to support us:

Financial contribution

  1. Donations (tax deductible)
    fixed amount donation or recurrent monthly direct debit for our operations
  2. Interest-free loans for 2 to 5 years

Material donations

  • Recent notebook computer, Network laser printer
  • Multimedia Projector and screen
  • Electronic equipment (DVD player, microphone)
  • Chairs, cushions, carpets
  • Refrigirator and stove

Personal contribution in time and expertise

In addition, our projects and activities require more volunteers, especially in the following areas:

  • secretarial, office and computer
  • general labor
  • Legal advisors, financial advisors, marketing, communications
  • Graphic artist, website
  • Language proofing
  • Sound recording and processing of sound files, copy of CD-DVD
