Regular activities of the MPC-MIAM

A few rules for a peaceful meditation

  • Please arrive at least 5 min before the start, out of respect for the group
  • Take the time to settle in before opening your camera
  • Write your full name on your window
  • Your microphone should be turned off 5 minutes before the start of the meditation.
  • Do not use reactions (emoticons).
  • Use the conversation (Chat) only to highlight a technical problem.
  • For security reasons, please do not forward the links you receive.
  • You must register for each of the activities in which you want to participate.
  • Only one registration per activity is sufficient.
  • Check that your email is well written - Do not put 2 different emails
  • The confirmation email containing the Zoom link may have been classified as Spam/Spam.
