A workshop t learn how to Live our lives in Mindfulness in order to:

  •      Take the time fully establish ourselves wherever we happen to be
  •      Pay attention to the impermanent and interdependent nature of all things and events
  •      Look into the why and the how of the even the smallest events of our daily lives
  •      Escape the pull of illusion and false perception.
