Our Days of Mindfulness are integrated with the Order of Inter-Being activities held once a month on Saturday. *Registration 8h30. Beginning: 9h

What to bring:

  • your true presence and a vegetarian lunch (preferably cold)
  • clean socks (we avoid walking barefoot in the Zendo)
  • comfortable clothes for sitting meditation and mindfulness movements
  • appropriate clothes for walking meditation outside
  • a sweater or blanket for relaxation

Contribution
40$ for the day (Herbal or regular tea, coffee, biscuits and snacks available)
50% reduction for full-time students with presentation of an official card.

Standard schedule of a DOM:

08:30-09:00: Registration
09:00-10:00: guided sitting meditation and reading
10:00-10:15: pause
10:15-11:15: teaching (in French)
11:15-11:30: pause
11:45-12:45: eTalk in English by Chân Huy (optional)
or                  walking meditation outside
12:45-13:00: preparation for lunch
13:00-14:00  silent mindful meal
14:00-14:15: mindful movements
14:15-14:30  guided sitting meditation
14:30-15:45: dharma discussion - sharing
15:45-16:00: tea break
16:00-16:30: total relaxation
16:30-16:45: evaluation
16:45:            Mindful cleaning
